ND Native American Science Fair

As you know, the North Dakota Native American Science Fair is going to be held Monday, Jan. 18th, here in Bismarck. I had sent the information to you earlier this week from Carol Davis, Turtle Mountain Tribal School. Ms. Davis was looking for people to judge the students' projects.

I am pleased that Kara, Shyanne and Billi Jo are able to volunteer to help judge at this fair. I've done it in the past and it's really exciting to see so many young scientists with their hard work. Particularly impressive is how well they share the information with you.

This event happens every year on Martin Luther King day. They've scheduled it for that day so kids don't have to miss school. And it's always in Bismarck because of the central location. For those of you who are interested but unable to do it now, keep it in mind for next year!

Thanks Kara, Shyanne and Billi Jo!
