Words of Wisdom for the Week

As I'm working on your Dispositions Assessment Tools, I am reminded of something all of us have to continue to work on (myself included) and that is finding fault with others.  All of us do it once in awhile but some people have the burning desire to find fault with other people ALL THE TIME.

Constructive feedback is different from finding fault. Finding fault is purposefully looking for something WITHOUT BEING ASKED and then making it public, even if its only to one person.

Let's all challenge ourselves by the next time we see something wrong with somebody or something, we consider that it's part of being human and let it go without comment...........
