AIHEC Competition

AIHEC - American Indian Higher Education Consortium

Registration for AIHEC is coming to a close on March 24th. We are fortunate that AIHEC is  here in town and are looking for people still to compete in competitions.

If you are interested, there is a meeting on the 24th in the Healing Room at noon.  It won’t take long - you just need to come and sign up. If you are interested and unable to make the meeting, come see either Rebekah or Mandy upstairs in building 35 to sign up.

Events Still Open:
  • Critical Inquiry (2-4 team members)
  • Pool Tournament (must do one academic to do a non academic)
  • Speech Competition (there are several kinds of speeches that can be done)
  • Art
  • Archery
  • Volleyball
  • Hand games
It's like this, ladies and gents. You are some of the most talented people on our campus. The last time it was in Bismarck, Kara won first in an Art category! Some of you are phenomenal speakers and, of course, there is volleyball and hand games. This competition pits you against students from other tribal colleges from across the nation. Best of all, you get EXCUSED FROM YOUR CLASSES TO ATTEND!

Think about it and REPRESENT!
