Final Update on Smithsonian Applications

To date, we have received applications from the following people:

If you've turned in your application and are NOT on this list, let us know ASAP since today was the deadline, although I believe this is all of you. 

You're going to receive a ton of materials for attending these Institutes. You'll each get a binder of lesson/unit planning materials with strategies for incorporating Native culture and traditions into your lessons, as well as a collection of children's books, etc.

As mentioned in the blog post last week, you will also receive $750 per week if you attend all 5 days for the full day. Each day begins about 9, I believe, and goes until about 4 so please plan accordingly. (Leah will be sending you an agenda closer to the time.)

The daycare centers will be open for children ages birth to age 6.
