The SWEET GRASS PROJECT is a teacher personnel preparation program funded by the Office of Special Education (OSEP) in the Dept. of Ed. and administered by United Tribes Technical College in Bismarck, ND. This four-year grant provides professional and educational opportunities for 20 candidates who desire to become competent, caring licensed teachers with Early Childhood Special Education endorsements.
