I can appreciate you're getting anxious about your summer funding and when you will be given your refund. Your best bet is to contact Jessica Stewart as she will know when it's posted to your account and when you'll get your refund. I wouldn't suggest pestering her but maybe you could "tag team" and take turns calling her.
When we submit the paperwork requesting money for you, Jenn will email you and let you know, like she did this last time. Unfortunately, we aren't able to do much about it after that. The form goes to Phil Baird for signature, President Gipp for his signature, the Business Office for processing, then to Students Accounts. In an ideal world, this shouldn't take that long. But a couple of these people are really busy and/or out of the office a lot. So, it takes longer.
